Argentina is so beautiful!!!

These falls behind us are Iguazu Falls in Argentina. Aren't the beautiful?!? I bet many of you didn't realize that we went to Argentina last month ...

Turns out we didn't. However, my little sister Rebecca and her hubby Rob did. Amazing what you can do with 10 minutes and Photoshop when you get e-mailed a picture like this:

Anyway, these falls are AWESOME! I can't believe her amazing pics. Seriously, way more beautiful than pics I've seen of Niagara Falls. I won't post them all, but I will post one more from this tropical paradise ...

Soo funny! The falls are beautiful. I want to visit there (I served a mission in Argentina). Isn't this snow crazy. Will it every stop??? Did the doctor say that anything was wrong with Shayla? Joey seems to not have recovered completely after his earache also. He is just a little more difficult during the day, and wakes up hungry at night. What do we do? Well, that was just a little rambling for you. Hope you have a better night.

Yogurt recipe: I've made a few kinds-some with powdered milk, some with part powdered milk, and some with regular milk. Here is the regular milk recipe (in case you don't have powdered open) 1 Qt milk bring just to barely a boil and remove from heat. Let cool to luke warm. Add 1 Tbsp. Plain yogurt-wisk together. Put in a glass jar with a lid. set on hot pad on low setting and wrap in a towel (you don't want to get it too hot). If you don't have a hot pad you can just wrap it in a warm coat or blanket. Let sit for about 6 hours. I usually do it overnight. and that's it. I always double the recipe because my kids eat about a quart a day especially if I put some in a smoothy. This makes plain yogurt. I mix in 1 small container flavored yogurt (to each quart) to add some flavor. It is not very sweet but my kids eat it right up (even Danny who is my sugar head). My mom always added jello or kool-aid and sugar to sweeten it. If you're kids don't think it's sweet enough, you can try mixing half plain and half flavored yogurt and gradually decrees the flavored as they get used to it. Oh-once you make some, you can use the homemade kind as a starter for the next batch (just keep some unflavored yogurt reserved out of your jar for the next batch. People say that some times it works, sometimes it doesn't but I've had good luck with it so far.
